Marsha Ramroop is a global award-winning inclusive culture strategist with a passion for driving positive change in organisations. First as a BBC Journalist and Inclusion & Communities Editor and more recently through her consultancy, Unheard Voice, Marsha has dedicated her career to building inclusive cultures.
In 2021-2022 she served as the inaugural Director of Inclusion and Diversity at the Royal Institute of British Architects and her book Building Inclusion: A practical guide to EDI in Architecture will be published by Routledge in Summer 2024.
Marsha will share insight into the ways behaviours, background, and culture influence how our spaces are created, highlighting the ways bias can be built in to, or designed out of, the built environment.
